My First Experience Creating a WordPress Website

As part of the WP Credits onboarding program, I created my personal website using WordPress. I chose this platform because it is widely used for website creation and offers many customization options. I wanted to learn how to build my own website and use it to share information about myself, my skills, and my experience as a Systems Engineering student.

One of the challenges I faced was getting familiar with the WordPress dashboard and understanding how to organize and customize the different sections of my website. At first, it took some time to figure out where everything was, but exploring the available options helped me become more comfortable with the platform.

One important thing I learned is that WordPress makes it possible to create and manage a website without having to write all the code from scratch. I also learned that choosing a theme and organizing content properly are important steps in creating a website that looks professional and is easy to navigate.

Overall, this experience was a great starting point, and I look forward to improving my website as I continue learning throughout the program.
